Forms

A Form can be described as an overall process form which is what candidates will see when they apply for jobs. Inside a Form, you can add Elements like Steps, Columns, and Texts and it’s also inside Forms you can integrate Data Types.

 

1. Go to the Setup menu and click the Forms button. Choose between Application Forms for candidates that are applying for jobs or Candidate Forms for you to save candidates in your talents pools.

2. Click the Standard form and click New Element. In this case, choose a Step and name it “Personal Details”. In this Step, it would be ideal for you to insert Data Types like First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, etc. Last, click Save and your Step has successfully been created.
