Adding new candidates to a project

When looking at the list of candidates in a specific project, it is always optional to add a candidate manually. This option is ideal if you have candidates applying from outside of the system. For instance, the HR Manager could be contacted by Head Hunters with highly qualified candidates for the specific job position.


1. Click on the "New Candidate" button in the upper left corner of the interface.

 

2. A box will appear telling you to write the E-mail of the specific candidate.

 

3. Fill out the data fields and upload photos and documents from the candidate. Click on "Save" when you have filled out the form - the candidate is now created.
