Data Types are bricks of data that you can integrate into Forms for candidates to fill out when applying for a job. For instance, Data Types can be “First Name”, “Last Name”, “E-mail” or “Gender” seen from a candidate’s perspective. In the screenshot below you will see a row of Data Types inside a Form.
1. Go to the Setup menu and click the Data Types button. Then click the New Data Type drop-down menu in the top of the screen and choose what sort of data you want to create.
2. Type in the Title for your Data Type and fill out the required fields if needed in the specific data types that you have chosen.
3. Last, click Save.
