Search and screen candidates

Search and screen is an extremely useful tool to search for specific candidates. Using this you can quick and easy find the most relevant candidates.

It is possible to search and screen for candidates with the necessary skills, eg. education level or work experience.

Searching

The search feature enables a search in all the candidates data. Chose in the dropdown menu which criteria to search for. It is also possible to write your own search word in the text box.

1. Enter the specific job to search for candidates.

Click the button "Filter" in the left corner and then chose "Search". Use the box "Quick Search" to enter a search work of your choice or chose "Add criteria". Now you can chose the specific criteria in the drop down menu.

2. A list appears with candidates, who match the given criterias. 

When the candidates applications and CV has been evaluated, you can mark the candidate directly from the search result. Then you can also send an invitation for an interview, or a rejection for the candidate by using the buttons at the bottom of the page.

Screening

Use screening to find candidates by rating relevant competences with points. This is very useful if the candidate has answered questions while applying. It is possible to combine questions in various ways, to enable ranking and finding the candidate with the highest score.  

1. Enter the specific job to search for candidates. 

Click the button "Filter" in the left corner and then chose "Screen". Chose "Add criteria" and chose the specific criteria in the drop down menu. You can chose questions where the answer can be one or more possibilities.  

2. Add points, most relevant to each category. If you chose a question with multiple answer options, eg. "Which IT programmes are you experienced with?" the system will calculate the percentage for each candidate, based on the chosen score.  

The column "Screening" will show the result of the screening.
