Export Benefit information

In this article, you can read how to mass export information from the benefit widget.

You would need to follow the article "Create export file - Excel/CSV" that explains how to create an excel export template, and in step 6 you can include below Benefit information. 


You have 3 different options:

  1. Insert the overall benefit type (Benefits, Supplements, Pension scheme and Hourly salary rates) that simply will export all related data:

  2. Insert specific benefit items so only some relevant data will be exported:

  3. Insert keywords that are related to the overall type or specific items if information should not be divided in different columns and in multiple lines:

    Keywords explanation

    Active = Only those within an active period (today is between effective and end date)
    Past = Only those that ended (end date) before todays date.
    Future = Only those that starts (effective date) in future of todays date.

    Keywords are mainly expected to be used in i.e. message templates in different flows or JSON packages.
